Look what wandered in to the Tot Lot at Jeffrey Fontana Park.
Maybe our park is turning into a desert?

And now we have a baby elephant?!

oh how funny great whoever did this its terrific I do not live in the area but I walk Guadalupe Oaks about twice a week and have for years and years, my favorite place for relaxing. Love it just as it is, natural, tumbled trees for wildlife habitat, etc. Martin-Fontana is a wonderful place and tribute to a brave Officer. The Group has made many improvements none the least of which is the guarding of our trees from PG&E and the establishment of the Pollinator Garden . Great work appreciated by all.

Can’t wait till Nicky and Abby see the new and fabulous addition in the playground. Will definitely be a Kodak moment.

It almost looked real when I first came around the corner & saw it sitting there.

Thank you to our Boy Scout, Roy Blume, and MFPA project manager, Patrick Pizzo for implementing this Eagle Scout project in the Fontana playground. Both animals should be fully renovated, repainted, and ready to go in a couple of weeks.

Screens/fencing will be positioned around both animals so that they can be painted/coated. Once the coating is applied and dried, the fencing will be removed to complete everything.
