These photos were taken this morning as PG&E ripped out 13 of our beautiful trees.  Only 127 to go and they are done!

According to ABC7News reporter Karina Rusk, “PG&E says it listened to the community but some San Jose residents accuse the company of carrying out a chainsaw massacre.”  See her report here.

Despite pleas from neighbors, a PG&E-contracted tree crew chain-sawed 13 trees in TJ Martin and Fontana parks in the Almaden Valley on Thursday.  Read Stephen Baxter’s report here.
